Anchgo：AnchGO account frozen

Hi, 

I recently deposited 1000 USD to AnchGO in order to trade on MT5 and after a couple of successful trades I tried withdrawing money. 
To my surprise, the withdrawal was declined 2 times and I received an automatic e-mail that my account is frozen due to suspicion of Money Laundering. 

Here is the strange part, AnchGO is requesting an extra 2000 USD deposit in order to prove that the funds are not for money laundering. 
I have some experience with Proof of funds, even provided vendors to clarify situations with bank statements and so on however never have I been requested to provide even more money. 

This all seems shady, illegal and it's basically robbery in broad daylight. 

Please help!
