DBEX：Can't withdraw money

I tried to withdraw money, however it showed that it failed to verify. I contacted support, but they were no help and said I would have to pay a fee. When I tried to pay the fee they said that the time limit to pay the fee was over and I would have to pay a fee every time I want to withdraw. They also threated to freeze my account.

same thing happened to me DBEX is a scam. you don’t get your money out at all. I have lost big time!! sad no one can do anything about them!

FxGecko reminds you that any trading platform that asks you to pay a fee in advance to withdraw your funds is a scam. Do not pay any fees to them!

FxGecko recommends you to immediately save all evidence such as all tradest, money transfer records, their website information, wallet addresses, all your correspondence with them...

You can then report the scam and ask for help from the following.

1. Your local police or lawyer.

2. The exchange where you bought the cryptocurrency (e.g. Binance, Coinbase Wallet, Crypto.com, etc.)

3. The bank or credit card company you used to transfer the money.

4.FBI via IC3.

In addition, FxGecko warns you to be wary of "recovery companies" that promise to help you get your money back, especially if you have to pay a fee in advance, which is a "recovery scam".
