InstaForex：申请出金一直没有处理。mt4账户已经扣款了。后台原来有记录的也被删除了。

在2020年7月28号申请出金5000人民币。mt4账户显示扣款了。但是一直没有处理。今天发现申请出金的记录被删除了。但mt4上面的钱也没有退回。请给予处理出金。

都交易一年多了。现在平台不给出金。就找理由说交易有问题。直接扣除所有盈利。

这个账户注册于2019年5月10号到现在使用已经一年多了。做的交易都是持仓几分钟至几个小时的。又不是下单了就立马平仓的。每天有赚有亏。都是正常交易。现在账户有盈利。平台不给出金。就找理由说交易有问题。

I am sorry to tell but I cannot help you with your inquiry. The reason is that you have contacted support team of Instant Trading EU Ltd, a European company with instaforex.eu website. Probably, trading account 80578157 was registered on instaforex.com. That's why you should try to contact support team of instaforex.com. Such situation might happen because of your IP address. As per European regulator's requirement, InstaForex was forced to enable redirection for all customers with European IP from instaforex.com to instaforex.eu website. If you wish to access instaforex.com, you need to use a non European IP, this can be done with the help of any available VPN client.
